About Black Desert

It all began with Larry Popp. He has been buying and selling guns and antiques for over 50 years. Besides Black Desert Guns and Trading Post, he owns one of the largest antique malls in Wisconsin, Originals Mall of Antiques, and conducts his own flea markets.

Larry is a vietnam vet; US Army Intelligence Agent with the 101st Air Borne in the USA and Vietnam, 1965-1971. He has traveled the world, lived in Australia and Canada as a consultant setting up new corporations. His goal now? To help others get as much enjoyment as he does, from collecting. He also does appraisals, and has a Federal Firearms License (and is able to do gun transfers). If he doesn’t have what you are looking for, he will do his best to find it!
